Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -
1. Franchisee Acquisition
- Identify, source, and qualify prospective franchise partners through leads, events, digital campaigns, and partnerships.
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle: inquiries, presentations, evaluations, financial assessments, and due diligence.
- Conduct discovery calls, franchise orientation sessions, and business opportunity meetings.
- Lead negotiations on franchise terms, commercial expectations, territory allocation, and agreements.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation, agreements, and onboarding requirements.
2. Franchise Revenue Generation
- Generating revenue from the acquired franchisees as per target.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance, legal) to ensure a seamless franchise operations.
- Provide initial hand-holding support to help franchisees achieve early-stage revenue milestones.
3. Franchise Demat Acquisition
- Ensure timely opening of DeMat accounts through franchisee
- Driving DEMAT Account numbers of the franchisees.
- Conduct periodic business reviews and provide guidance on growth strategies and process improvements.

4. Revenue Growth & Network Expansion
- Identify opportunities for territory expansions, new formats, or additional outlets for existing franchisees.
