Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account – Zoho role based in Kochi. The role is responsible for managing client accounts using Zoho applications, including maintaining accurate financial and account records, tracking invoices, payments, and expenses, and ensuring timely updates in the system. The individual will handle day-to-day coordination with clients, respond to account-related queries, and support customer service activities to maintain strong client relationships. The role includes generating reports and dashboards, monitoring account performance, and providing insights to internal teams to support decision-making. Collaboration with design, marketing, and management teams is expected to align account activities with project goals and overall business objectives.

• · Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Zoho Books.
• · Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.
• · Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting activities.
• · Support payroll processing, including PF/ESI and salary-related entries.
• · Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly closing and reporting.

Requirements:

• · 1–2 years of experience in accounting.
• · Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
• · Good knowledge of GST, TDS, AP/AR, bank recon
