Job Title: Regional Sales Manager East (Beauty Industry)
Location: Kolkata (Head Office)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our business across the Eastern region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beauty/personal care industry, with proven expertise in driving sales, managing distribution networks, and building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and business growth
- Manage and expand distributor/dealer networks across East India
- Lead, mentor, and drive performance of the regional sales team
- Identify new market opportunities and strengthen brand presence
- Ensure effective implementation of trade marketing and promotional activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry
- Strong experience in handling East India markets
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team management
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience with premium or branded beauty products
- Strong distributor and retail network in the Eastern region
- MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred
