Team Manager - Mortgage Insurance will directly manage a team of MI associates & Specialist reporting into Manager Operations
Primary KRAs

• Overses MI lines on the system of record to maintain accurate records.
• Complete and maintain monthly portfolio audits.
• Manage bulk batch payments of MI premiums on a monthly basis.
• Review and complete MI related research items via task work queue.
• Review and process MI cancellation requests including ordering new valuations.
• Ensures accounts are properly documented with accurate and comprehensive status updates.
• Follows established company guidelines, department policies and procedures.
• Entering daily productivity into department database.
• Ensures compliance with all investor and state guidelines.
• Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.
