MCH Global is an award-winning experiential marketing agency delivering impactful live communications and immersive brand experiences across local and international markets. We are seeking a Senior 3D / Experiential Designer to translate bold creative ideas into visually striking and spatially effective experiences.

Acting as a bridge between creative vision and physical reality, this role is responsible for leading 3D and spatial design outputs across pitches and live projects. Working closely with Creative Directors and senior creatives, the role champions the collective creative vision while occasionally leading projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and take ownership of overall 3D and spatial design output across pitches and projects.
• Translate concepts into compelling visual and spatial solutions through renders, mood boards, scenography, layouts, and flythroughs.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Graphic Designers, Art Directors, Experiential Designers, and wider creative teams.
• Participate in ideation sessions, workshops, and concept development to drive creative possibilities.
• Present, articulate, and sell design concepts confidently to clients, adapting designs based on feedback through to final approval.
• Work closely with production teams on materials, dimensions, layouts, floorplans, and technical drawings to ensure smooth execution.
• Explore diverse formats and mediums to deliver scalable, innovative design solutions.
• Maintain accurate file management, version control, timelines, and budget awareness.
• Uphold creative quality standards while balancing design ambition with efficient delivery.
• Support and contribute across creative disciplines where required and mentor junior team members.
• Help grow the 3D function into a strong spatial design department, pushing innovation and award-worthy creative output.

Professional & Technical Experience

• 47 years of relevant industry experience in experiential, spatial, or 3D design.
• Proven experience as a Senior 3D Designer, Experiential Designer, or Spatial Design Lead.
• Strong understanding of spatial design, scenography, branding, and live experience environments.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Unreal Engine for real-time visualization, spatial environments, and immersive experiences.
• Proficiency in relevant design software, including but not limited to 3DS Max, Unreal Engine, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as other 3D visualization tools.
• Ability to work independently across 3D and graphic design tasks when required, supporting seamless creative workflows.
• Strong capability to give and receive feedback and collaborate effectively across creative, production, and technical teams.
• Relevant education or training in design, architecture, experiential design, or related fields.
