Digital Marketing - Assistant Manager

Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating with external digital marketing and influencer agencies to achieve the brands online marketing objectives. The role focuses on performance-driven campaigns across social media, paid advertising platforms, and influencer collaborations to support business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate with digital marketing agencies to ensure timely and effective delivery of campaigns.
• Drive optimum performance from social media content and engagement strategies.
• Monitor and optimize advertising performance across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube platforms.
• SEO, AEO & GEO Strategic plan
• Plan, execute, and fine-tune digital strategies based on performance insights.
• Coordinate with influencer marketing agencies, negotiate commercial terms, and onboard influencers as per monthly plans.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams for integrated marketing outputs.
• Ensure alignment of digital activities with sales objectives and lead-generation goals.

Required Skill-Set

• Graduate / Postgraduate with a certification in Digital Marketing.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing digital marketing activities.
• Must have experience working with active product segments such as Consumer Goods, B2C, or B2B products.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Knowledge of other South Indian languages will be an added advantage.
• Strong sales orientation and result-driven mindset.
