Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities Analyze and validate data related to SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable processes. Support invoice processing, verification, and reconciliation activities. Work with SAP data related to purchase orders, goods receipts, vendor invoices, and payments. Identify discrepancies in invoices, purchase orders, and vendor records. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and other reporting tools. Monitor invoice status, payment delays, and outstanding AP items. Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation to maintain data accuracy. Coordinate with procurement, finance, and accounts payable teams to resolve data-related issues. Assist in identifying process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Maintain proper documentation and follow established finance and compliance procedures. Required Skills 1+ years of experience in data analysis, finance operations, or accounts payable. Basic knowledge of SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes. Understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), invoice processing, and vendor management. Knowledge of purchase orders (POs), goods receipts (GRs), and invoice matching. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data filtering. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
