Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi. The Article CA will be responsible for assisting in audits, preparing financial statements, handling tax returns, and supporting compliance with income tax and GST regulations. The role also includes working on international taxation matters, helping with the registration and compliance of NGOs and non-profits, and participating in Virtual CFO services and related litigation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing financial statements and handling audits
• Strong knowledge of income tax and GST regulations
• Experience with international taxation and IFRS (IndAS)
