Market Study & Field Research

• Assess market potential for existing and future products within the assigned territory through field visits.
• Conduct industry surveys and gather on-ground market intelligence.
• Identify plants and machinery where existing brands and competitor products are in use.
• Estimate market size for existing products, including competing brands, based on field data.
• Identify potential brands and products as future opportunities within target plants.

Sales Planning & Territory Management

• Aggregate and analyse company, individual, and Multidimensions sales data.
• Develop and execute Annual and Monthly Sales Plans for current and potential customers in the assigned territory.
• Maintain a structured database with customer contact details and industry segmentation.
• Plan daily/weekly field routes and customer visits for effective territory coverage.

Sales Calling, Field Visits & Lead Generation

• Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and build a strong customer pipeline.
• Initiate calls and in-person meetings to introduce Multidimensions, products, and self.
• Fix appointments for detailed technical and commercial discussions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls, meetings, and customer interactions.

Technical Sales & On-Site Support

• Explain technical details, applications, and advantages of products during customer visits.
• Provide on-site support in selecting suitable products for customer applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical clarifications and solutions.
• Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and future sales.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Develop continuous and long-lasting relationships with key customers through regular visits.
• Proactively engage customers through in-person meetings, calls, emails, and social platforms.
• Generate enquiries and repeat business through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.

Site Visits & Market Intelligence

• Visit customer sites regularly to build rapport and strengthen business relationships.
• Collect plant, machinery, and application-related information.
• Understand customer organization structure and decision-making processes.
• Track competitor activity and gather real-time market feedback.

Sales Processing & Order Management

• Review RFQs, check technical details, and seek clarifications where required.
• Prepare and submit quotations with accurate technical and commercial details.
• Follow up on pending quotations and drive order closures.
• Coordinate for purchase orders and ensure smooth order processing.

Sales Performance & Reporting

• Drive sales as per the approved sales plan within the assigned territory.
• Monitor and report sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts.
• Share insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity with management
