Role Overview

Multiplier AI is looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern to support the Digital Marketing Manager in managing social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, lead generation, and digital marketing activities .

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in Social Media Marketing and SEO , good communication skills, creativity, and a willingness to learn and work with modern digital marketing and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing

• Assist in managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube .
• Prepare and maintain the monthly/weekly social media content calendar .
• Research and generate content ideas, post ideas, campaign concepts, and trending topics .
• Assist in creating social media posts, carousels, reels, videos, polls, and other content.
• Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.

• Support On-Page and Off-Page SEO activities.
• Conduct basic keyword research and competitor analysis .
• Assist with title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, content optimization, and other on-page activities.
• Support basic off-page SEO and link-building activities .
• Monitor website rankings, traffic, and SEO performance.
• Assist with Google Search Console and other SEO tools.

• Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns .
• Work with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and Brevo .
• Assist in maintaining email lists, segmentation, campaign scheduling, and basic reporting.
• Support email content creation and lead-nurturing campaigns.

• Assist in generating leads through social media, email marketing, LinkedIn, online research, and other digital channels .
• Research and build relevant prospect databases.
• Support lead qualification, outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
• Maintain accurate lead information and CRM/database records.

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other Generative AI platforms for content ideation, research, content creation, SEO, and marketing activities.
• Explore new digital marketing and automation tools to improve productivity.
• Assist in basic marketing automation and campaign workflows.

• Basic understanding of SEO and willingness to develop strong SEO expertise.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Comfortable learning and working with multiple digital marketing tools.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
