Job Description
- Team Leadership & Supervision

- Allocate accounts and monitor performance across the assigned area.
- Collection Operations
- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments from customers.
- Implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquency.
- Handle escalated cases and negotiate settlements when required.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on collection performance.
- Customer Interaction
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Address disputes or grievances in a fair and compliant manner.
- Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in collection processes and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, credit, legal) to streamline operations.
