Role & responsibilities

• Ensure achievement and maintenance of a high persistence rate for Traditional and Health Insurance policies through proactive customer engagement and retention initiatives.
• Drive branch activation by facilitating business development activities and monitoring branch-level performance.
• Plan and execute sales promotion initiatives to enhance productivity and support achievement of organizational targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to audit guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal compliance standards.
• Maintain and monitor the quality of business by ensuring accuracy in documentation, risk assessment, and adherence to underwriting standards.
