- 1.Knowledge of Unsecured Lending processes, specifically Personal Loans .
- 2.Executing local marketing campaigns and activities to promote loan products.
- 3.Understanding of the local market dynamics, customer preferences, and economic conditions.
- 4.Skilled in managing Channel Partners and Branch Leads, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- 5.Strong relationship management with stakeholders including clients, internal teams, and partners.
- 6.Expertise in handling and coordinating pre and post-disbursement activities for loans.
- 7.Ability to assess and comprehend risk inherent to a customers business and financial profile.
- 8.Prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints and queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- 9.Ensuring portfolio quality by monitoring loan performance and minimizing defaults.
- 10.Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote personal loan products and convert leads into sales.
- 11.Skilled in contacting new and existing customers to understand their loan needs and offer suitable solutions.
- 12.Manage the loan disbursement process efficiently while ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
- 13.Oversee early collections and repayment schedules to reduce delinquencies and maintain healthy portfolios.
- 14.Follow up on early delinquent accounts and implement strategies to recover payments.
- 15.Ability to understand customer requirements, close sales, and foster long-term customer relationships.
