Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 6–1 Year

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Handle calls, WhatsApp, and inquiries from students, freshers, and job seekers.
• Understand candidates career goals and suggest suitable paid IT training programs.
• Counsel students and explain course benefits, duration, fees, career opportunities, and training process.
• Convert interested candidates into paid training enrollments.
• Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper lead records.
• Generate daily candidate/student pipelines through calls, references, job portals, and social media.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews where required.
• Maintain daily reports of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and paid joinings.
• Coordinate with the training and recruitment teams for smooth onboarding.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure proper communication throughout the process.
• Achieve monthly paid training conversion targets.

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and candidate-handling ability.
• Basic understanding of IT Recruitment and IT Training Programs.
• Comfortable speaking with freshers and college students.
• Target-oriented and confident personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
