As the Lead Associate - Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in acquiring top talent to fuel the organizations success. With 4.7-7.0 years of experience in recruitment, your expertise will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates.
Roles And Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels and tools to source potential candidates and conduct thorough screening processes to identify the best fit for the organization.
• ATS & Recruitment Tool Proficiency: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment software to streamline the hiring process and maintain candidate data.
• Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
