As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and guiding the technical aspects of projects and teams within the organization. With 5 to 8 years of experience in the field, you are expected to possess a diverse skill set that includes expertise in designing large scale systems, Systems Thinking, Performance Engineering, AI Orchestration & Agentic Design and proficiency in programming languages like Java and GoLang
Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring seamless collaboration, team leadership, requirement gathering and analysis, and technology evaluation. Additionally, you will be tasked with risk analysis, root cause analysis, and cost optimization to drive efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
Your proficiency in working with databases such as Redis, Aerospike, MySQL and Mongo will be essential in managing data effectively and optimizing system performance. Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies will set you apart in this role.
As a Technical Lead, you will be expected to drive operational excellence and provide technical guidance to your team members. Your strategic mindset and hands-on experience will be instrumental in shaping technology solutions that align with business objectives and meet stakeholder requirements. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence in technical delivery.
