Business Analyst – Salesforce (Manufacturing Industry)
Role Summary
Business Analyst serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the Salesforce delivery team, driving digital transformation initiatives for a global Manufacturing organization. The role is responsible to analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, translate business needs into functional solutions, and support the successful implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service and related integrations. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, standardizing business processes, and ensuring high-quality solution delivery through Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with global business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce enhancements and new implementations.

Facilitate discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution walkthroughs across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Field Service teams.

Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows, and Data Mapping documents.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, QA teams, and Integration teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Support Salesforce implementations involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Fields Service, CPQ and ERP integrations.

Analyze existing business processes and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and platform best practices.

Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments for new business requests.

Support Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business requirements, and manage defect resolution.

Support data migration activities, data validation, and integration testing with ERP systems.

Develop training materials, user guides, release documentation, and business process documentation.

Monitor post-deployment issues, support Hypercare activities, and ensure successful business adoption of new Salesforce functionality.
