ABOUT THE ROLE
Were on the lookout for a highly imaginative, trend-savvy Graphic Designer who is both passionate about design and skilled in next-gen AI tools. If visual storytelling, world-building, and creating scroll-stopping content excite you, this role is for you.
As part of our creative team, you will shape the visual identity of Mystery Rooms & Challenge Rooms, making our brand look as thrilling as the adventures we offer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Design & Brand Development
- Design stunning visual content for social media, ads, websites, events, and print collateral.
- Develop visual concepts that elevate brand identity across Mystery Rooms & Challenge Rooms.
- Create illustrations, promotional graphics, posters, infographics, and campaign visuals.
Collaboration & Production
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and video teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
- Prepare final design files for digital platforms, print production, and motion teams.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Retouch images and enhance visuals to ensure premium brand standards.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of AI design tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Canva AI, etc.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and composition.
- Ability to blend traditional design with AI-assisted workflows.
Nice to Have
- A passion for entertainment, gaming, puzzles, escape rooms, or immersive storytelling.
- Basic video or motion design experience is a plus.
