Role Description

This is a 60-day, unpaid on-site internship role for an HR Intern located in New Delhi. The HR Intern will assist in day-to-day human resources operations, including drafting HR policies, maintaining employee benefits records, managing personnel files, and contributing to HR management initiatives. The intern may also engage in tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and documentation, gaining hands-on experience in HR processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and principles
