Role Description

The Influencer Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. In this role, the associate will identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with influencers and creators across social media platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating influencer campaigns, managing communication between creators and brands, and ensuring campaigns are executed on time and within budget. The associate will monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and support data-driven decisions to optimize future collaborations. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams to align influencer activities with overall brand objectives and platform growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal messaging and stakeholder coordination.
• Hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing, including creator discovery, outreach, and relationship management.
• Knowledge of Social Media Marketing, with familiarity across major platforms and content formats.
• Exposure to Public Relations, including brand reputation awareness and external communications.
• Basic Sales skills, such as pitching collaboration opportunities and supporting partnership negotiations.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and use insights to improve future initiatives.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience working with influencers, creator platforms, or digital marketing agencies is an advantage.
