• Strong written communication and structured documentation.
• Translate processes into clear, step-by-step instructions
• Supports stakeholder engagement and workshops
• Applies authoring standards within NABit/SharePoint
• Ensures accuracy and consistency in content

Experience​

• Experience supporting creation and updates of work instructions or procedural documents ​
• Exposure to working with SMEs and business stakeholders ​
• Exposure to content updates driven by change or BAU improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Engineering or related field ​
• PACE Process Accreditation (preferred)​
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)​​
