Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound inquiries generated through website, LinkedIn, referrals, marketing campaigns, and other channels

· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT services, SaaS, or Blockchain solutions

· Generate and qualify leads for IT services and solutions.

· Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships.

· Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

· Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales reports.

Requirements:

· 2–4 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or IT Services Sales.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales closures.

· Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
