Role Description The Sales Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram Covering Entire Southern Kerala from Alappuzha to Thiruvananthapuram.

This role involves sales, markeing, installing, configuring, and commissioning medical devices and equipment at customer locations, as well as performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.

The Sales Service Engineer will provide technical support and troubleshooting, respond to service calls, and document all service activities accurately. Daily responsibilities include sales visits and demos across hospitals in the location, training end users on equipment operation, and maintaining strong communication with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction. The role may require regular field visits within the region and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform troubleshooting and technical support for medical devices and health monitoring systems.
• Experience in field sales, field service activities, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer visits.
• Skills in maintenance & repair of electronic or biomedical equipment and familiarity with diagnostic tools.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with healthcare professionals, internal teams, and vendors.
• Diploma or degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or a related technical field.
• Basic understanding of healthcare environments and medical equipment safety standards.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple service requests.
• Willingness to travel within the region and hold a valid driving license, if required.
