• Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>

• Own end -to -end hiring for technical and business roles.
• <\/li>
• Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean/X -Ray Search, GitHub, referrals, social media, talent communities, and AI -powered sourcing tools.
• <\/li>
• Proactively headhunt passive candidates and build long -term talent pipelines.
• <\/li>
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent.
• <\/li>
• Conduct HR screening interviews and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• <\/li>
• Drive employer branding, recruitment campaigns, referral programs, hiring events, and campus engagement initiatives.
• <\/li>
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, ATS, hiring metrics, and candidate records.
• <\/li>
• Support onboarding, employee documentation, HR administration, and compliance activities.
• <\/li>
• Stay ahead of recruitment trends, market intelligence, and innovative sourcing practices.

• Qualifications
• Requirements<\/h3>
• 34 years of experience<\/b> in Technical Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• <\/li>
• Proven experience hiring for Software Engineering, Cloud, AI, Data Engineering, Integration, or Enterprise Technology<\/b> roles.
• <\/li>
• Hands -on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X -Ray Search, and contemporary sourcing techniques<\/b>.
• <\/li>
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and candidate relationship -building skills.
• <\/li>
• Experience working in a fast -growing startup environment<\/b> with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities.
• <\/li>
• Prior experience in an IT Services & Consulting organization will be an added advantage.<\/b>
• <\/li>
• Self -driven, resourceful, and passionate about building high -performing technology teams through innovative recruitment practices.
