Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident CSO to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads, sell products/services, or provide customer support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers or prospects and promote company products or services.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries or complaints.
• Generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments or product demonstrations when required.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Provide information clearly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales team and provide feedback from customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate degree.
• 01 years of experience in tele calling, telecalls, or customer support.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
• Ability to remain calm and handle rejections or complaints professionally.
