Job Title: Relationship Manager Agency Channel (Motor Insurance, Field Work)

Department: Agency Sales / General Insurance

Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager (Agency Channel Motor Insurance) is responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting insurance agents who sell motor insurance policies. This is a field-based role involving regular visits to agents, customers, and partners to drive sales, achieve targets, and ensure good customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Agency Recruitment & Development
   
• Identify and recruit new agents to sell motor insurance products.
  
• Provide regular training and motivation to agents on products and sales techniques.
  
• Help agents become productive and achieve their individual sales goals.
  
2. Sales & Business Growth
   
• Drive sales of motor insurance (new business and renewals) through agents.
  
• Support agents in generating leads, closing sales, and cross-selling related products.
  
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets.
  
3. Field Work & Relationship Management
   
• Visit agents, car dealers, and customers regularly in the field.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and their clients.
  
• Provide on-ground support for policy issuance, renewals, and claim coordination.
  
4. Customer Service
   
• Ensure customers receive timely service and assistance for claims and renewals.
  
• Resolve agent and customer queries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  
5. Reporting & Compliance
   
• Maintain records of agent performance, leads, and business generation.
  
• Submit daily field visit reports and sales updates to the manager.
  
• Follow company policies and IRDAI regulations in all business activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate
  
• 1–4 years of experience in insurance or field sales (preferably general or motor insurance)
  
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license
  

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance + Incentives
