Job Description
:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (Indian GAAP).
- Taxation: Manage direct and indirect tax filings, audits, and compliance and dealing with Tax Authorities.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare detailed financial budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans for clients.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of junior accountants or assistants, providing guidance and mentorship.
Qualifications:
- Essential:
- CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is mandatory.
- Experience in finance, taxation, auditing, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of Indian tax laws, GAAP, and financial regulations.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, and financial software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
