Job Description
Designation - VP - Investment Banking
Experience - 5-8 Years
Location - Delhi NCR
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage front-end investment banking and corporate strategy engagements, taking ownership of end-to-end deal execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships with senior management, promoters, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee financial analysis and review detailed financial statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement (Free Cash Flow, Funds from Operations) for public and private companies.
- Lead valuation exercises using income and market-based approaches, including DCF, transaction comparables, trading comparables, and other relevant methodologies.
- Drive preparation, review, and finalization of Information Memorandums, teasers, pitch decks, financial models, company profiles, investor profiling documents, industry research reports, transaction analyses, and strategic presentations.
- Advise clients on growth strategies, management consulting initiatives, organic and inorganic expansion strategies, and capital structuring.
- Manage multiple live transactions simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Associates and Analysts, providing guidance on financial modeling, valuation, research, and client deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, legal advisors, investors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Conduct and supervise in-depth market and industry research to support strategic advisory and transaction mandates.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including pitch presentations, proposal development, and client origination support.

- Regular MBA should be from Premium B School (IIMs)

- Candidate having core experience in the investment banking / venture capital / corporate strategy & development domain with hands-on experience on financial modelling, teasers, information memorandum & financial research is preferable.
