Deputy Manager Business Excellence

Job Purpose

To drive process and operations improvement initiatives across the company. To provide direction and leadership across multiple departments.

Key Responsibility

Strategic Initiatives:

• Identify, assess, and prioritize new business opportunities and transformation projects i.e ChatBot / AI Implementation
• Design and drive implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop business cases for new projects.

Business Process Improvement:

• Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement and Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Analyse current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Implement metrics and KPIs to measure impact and sustainability of initiatives.

Innovation & Change Management:

• Facilitate innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across teams.
• Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with leadership teams, department heads, and external partners.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes of initiatives to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of initiatives with overall business strategy.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• MBA / Graduation
• 5+ years of experience working in business process improvement, process optimization, or related roles
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering value
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
