Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented professional to drive corporate business development, establish healthcare tie-ups, and manage the MSME outreach project across Raipur’s industrial belt. The role focuses on building relationships with corporates, PSUs, factories, and MSMEs to generate referrals, promote healthcare packages, and increase corporate patient footfall and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• * Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients, industries, PSUs, factories, and MSMEs for hospital empanelment and long-term partnerships.
• * Map MSMEs across Siltara, Urla, and other industrial areas; maintain an updated database of prospects and client organisations.
• * Build relationships with HR, Administration, Factory Heads, and other decision-makers through regular visits, B2B meetings, and engagement activities.
• * Promote customised corporate healthcare packages, employee health check-ups, OPD services, diagnostic services, and wellness programmes.
• * Organise on-site health camps, wellness talks, health awareness sessions, and first-aid training programmes.
• * Develop and manage a lead-generation and conversion pipeline to increase OPD referrals, walk-ins, diagnostics, and inpatient admissions.
• * Coordinate with internal hospital departments to ensure smooth delivery of corporate healthcare services and events.
• * Follow up with prospective and existing clients to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and business growth.
• * Track project progress, corporate interactions, leads, tie-ups, health camps, referrals, and revenue; prepare regular performance reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• * Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an advantage.
• * Experience in hospital business development, corporate relations, healthcare sales, B2B marketing, or MSME outreach is preferred.
• * Experience managing corporate accounts or industrial clients is an advantage.
• * Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
• * Knowledge of Raipur’s industrial areas and corporate landscape is desirable.
• * Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, reporting, and database management.
