Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation (posts, reels, short videos)
- Ability to plan, produce, and publish monthly content aligned with approved calendars
- Strong understanding of social media engagement metrics and basic performance tracking
- Experience supporting campaigns, internal marketing requests, and digital initiatives
- Strong attention to brand quality, visual consistency, and tone of voice
- Ability to work within structured approval and revision processes
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with internal stakeholders
- Willingness to appear in front of the camera, participate in video content, reels, interviews, and brand-related social media appearances
- Comfortable representing the brand publicly across digital platforms
- Proactive mindset with interest in continuous learning and creative improvement
