Lead - Learning & Development - Banking/Financial Services

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned L&D Lead to spearhead our organizational learning strategy and talent development initiatives in Mumbai. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, designing and executing comprehensive programs that bridge the gap between current organizational capabilities and future business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional department heads to identify skill gaps, implement high-impact coaching frameworks, and manage end-to-end assessment centers. Your work will directly influence employee retention, leadership pipeline readiness, and the overall cultural transformation of the organization, ensuring our workforce remains agile and competitive in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own L&D initiatives including learning interventions, assessment centers and capability-building programs.
- Drive OD interventions, coaching and other people-development initiatives end-to-end.
- Support broader HR initiatives beyond L&D, contributing across the organization.
Preferred Candidate:
- 8 - 10 years of experience with proven hands-on L&D and OD exposure.
- Strong experience in coaching, assessment centers and learning interventions; financial services background preferred.
- High-ownership individuals are keen to take on broader HR responsibilities in a leaner organization.
