Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage litigation matters related to employment law, labour laws, and other relevant areas of expertise.
- Provide strategic guidance on legal issues affecting the company's operations in the iron & steel industry.
- Oversee the development and implementation of effective legal strategies for resolving disputes through negotiation or litigation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- 18-30 years of experience in a similar role within an iron & steel organization or related field.
