Sr. / Lead - Construction / Hotels

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our team as a Sr/Lead - Construction /Hotels/ in the Ascentis Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and hotels, with excellent leadership skills.

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
• Lead and motivate teams of construction professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues, taking corrective action.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of new constructions into existing hotel operations.

• Proven experience in construction management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
