Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the technical operations team to ensure smooth functioning of data centers, including HVAC, DG sets, fire safety systems, and other critical infrastructure.
- Oversee operation maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in facility operations and implement changes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with AMCS (Asset Management Configuration System) standards.
Job Requirements :
- 18-22 years of experience in facility management or related field.
- Strong technical leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
