Payroll Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of the HR team, responsible for accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.

What you will do: You will ensure that all employees are paid correctly and on time, in compliance with all legal requirements.

Key responsibility:

• Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for all employees.
• Calculate employee wages, deductions, and net pay.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure payroll accuracy.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1-2 years experience in payroll processing.
• Knowledge of Indian payroll laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
