Web Specialist

As a skilled full stack Web Specialist joining the team in India, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the front-end and back-end of navex.com. Your role will involve ensuring a fast, scalable, and modern web experience for users. The ideal candidate should have experience in headless architecture, API development, and proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React, and Node.js. Knowledge of Git workflows is necessary, and familiarity with Sanity CMS or similar headless CMS platforms is a plus.

In your role, you will assist in developing and maintaining the front-end and back-end of navex.com to ensure a seamless user experience for both site editors and visitors. Writing and maintaining clean, reusable code across the stack, collaborating with team members, maintaining documentation, and optimizing the website for performance and SEO are key responsibilities. Troubleshooting, debugging, establishing best practices for code quality and testing, and working closely with content and design teams are also part of the role.

Requirements for the position include 2+ years of experience in full stack development, expertise in headless architecture development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React, GitHub, SQL/NoSQL databases, multi-lingual sites, API development, and continuous integration workflow. Strong debugging, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
