Senior Manager - Pricing

To support the Lead – Pricing in executing accurate, timely, and strategically aligned pricing decisions for Nayara Energy’s domestic petroleum product sales across retail and bulk segments. With the company’s aggressive expansion to 7,000 retail outlets and deeper engagement in bulk marketing and tenders, this role is critical in monitoring daily crude and product price movements, analyzing market trends, and integrating tax, duty, and freight variables into pricing models. The Senior Manager – Pricing ensures precision in pricing execution, contributes to rolling plans and long-term business strategies, and supports dynamic and differentiated pricing initiatives. The role also involves financial modelling, industry benchmarking, and mentoring junior team members to enhance analytical rigor and output accuracy. Additionally, the position leads pricing presentations and collaborates across functions to deliver insights that directly impact margins and overall business performance.
