Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for ITI Trainee, Machine Operator (ITI Fitter/Turner/Electrician), or ITI Technician positions. The role involves operating and monitoring production machinery used in the manufacturing of aluminum, copper, and iron bars, following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machines, loading and unloading materials, performing basic checks on equipment, and assisting with routine maintenance under supervision. The role also includes checking product dimensions and surface quality, reporting any deviations or defects, and supporting continuous improvement and housekeeping activities on the shop floor. Collaboration with supervisors, technicians, and quality teams is expected to ensure smooth production operations and timely completion of targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate and monitor machines, including basic Machine Operation and working with industrial Machinery.
• Knowledge of Quality Control practices, including basic inspection methods and adherence to production standards.
• Proficiency in using Hand Tools for routine adjustments, minor repairs, and equipment setup.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members, supervisors, and support functions.
• ITI certification in Fitter, Turner, Electrician, or related trade from a recognized institute.
• Understanding of safety practices in an industrial environment and willingness to follow all safety protocols.
• Ability to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or metal industry environment is an advantage but not mandatory for trainees.
