- Oversee CNC machine maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Conduct predictive maintenance tasks using techniques such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
- Analyze breakdowns using tools like Why-Why Analysis to identify trends and optimize maintenance processes.
