Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Develop and monitor manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, OEE, and cost efficiency for existing products.
Ensure smooth transition of new products to production through feasibility analysis, APQP tracking, and PPAP coordination.
Drive quality improvement initiatives through customer complaint RCA, internal rejection analysis, and horizontal deployment.
Plan and execute cost reduction projects including process automation, cycle time improvement, and resource optimization.
Implement OEE and productivity improvement projects through process validation, CT reduction, and layout optimization.

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS for accurate performance tracking and decision-making.
Conduct process capability studies (Cp, Cpk) and ensure adherence to customer and internal requirements.
Drive change management for process, product, source changes, and new machine or line commissioning.
Lead strategic manufacturing transformation initiatives including digitalization and continuous improvement programs.
