Process Engineer - Manufacturing

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and monitor manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, OEE, and cost efficiency for existing products.
• Ensure smooth transition of new products to production through feasibility analysis, APQP tracking, and PPAP coordination.
• Lead and manage customer audits by aligning internal stakeholders and ensuring zero non-conformities.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives through customer complaint RCA, internal rejection analysis, and horizontal deployment.
• Plan and execute cost reduction projects including process automation, cycle time improvement, and resource optimization.
• Implement OEE and productivity improvement projects through process validation, CT reduction, and layout optimization.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS for accurate performance tracking and decision-making.
• Conduct process capability studies (Cp, Cpk) and ensure adherence to customer and internal requirements.
• Drive change management for process, product, source changes, and new machine or line commissioning.
• Lead strategic manufacturing transformation initiatives including digitalization and continuous improvement programs.
