Job Description

  • We need to hire 1 College Tie-up / Academic Partnership Manager for NDMIT.
  • Role summary:
  • This is a field sales + relationship role, not telecalling.
  • Candidate will visit degree colleges & universities and meet TPO, HOD, Principals.
  • Objective is to sign MoUs, conduct workshops, and generate paid student enrollments through college tie-ups.
  • Location & travel:
  • Base: Prayagraj (or nearby UP region)
  • Travel required to nearby small cities (Pratapgarh, Kaushambi, etc.)
  • Occasional visits to Delhi (Laxmi Nagar)
  • Experience required:
  • 15 years in education sales / institutional sales / EdTech / college partnerships
  • Must have field experience and confidence to talk to college authorities
  • Freshers / telecallers are not suitable
  • Salary & incentive:
  • Fixed salary: ?15k to 20k per month
  • Incentives linked to paid enrollments / revenue, not just MoU signing
  • Key skills:
  • Strong Hindi communication (English basic ok)
  • Relationship building
  • Willing to travel
