Position Description

• You will be working on building our talent acquisition capability - handling both technical and managerial positions (Indicative positions - Senior Managers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, BI Developers, etc)
• You will work closely with our senior management team to create a comprehensive Hiring and Execution Plan by forecasting future hiring needs of the organization
• You will drive recruitment and onboarding process design and efficiency
• You will work/manage with our current TA team and will be responsible for driving recruitment for the entire org (majorily tech), driving great candidate experience, and furnish regular reports. You will be a key strategic leader in the Peoples Office.

You are likely to be shortlisted if

• You are currently a Head of Talent Acquisition at a startup or a Lead at an established startup. OR If you have managed a team to drive hiring for startups (if working for a recruitment agency)

You are likely to be rejected if

• You dont have any talent acquisition lead experience - especially with tech hiring
• You dont have minimum of 5 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition function
