The Role

• As a Social Media Executive, youll independently manage multiple client accounts from strategy through execution.
• Youll collaborate with designers, writers, video editors and clients while ensuring every campaign delivers measurable impact.
• Were looking for someone who can bring ideas to the table, execute them confidently and continuously improve performance

What Youll Do

• Independently manage multiple client social media accounts.
• Develop monthly content strategies and calendars.
• Create engaging reels, carousels, stories and campaigns.
• Prepare presentation-ready strategy decks and client pitches.
• Coordinate directly with clients for briefs, approvals and campaign planning.
• Work closely with designers, editors and content writers.
• Conceptualize and oversee content shoots.
• Identify trends and adapt them strategically.
• Manage influencer collaborations.
• Monitor community engagement.
• Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Recommend improvements based on insights.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across platforms.

What Were Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple brands.
• Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X and YouTube.
• Experience creating content strategies.
• Comfortable presenting ideas to clients.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite or similar platforms.
• Understanding of social media analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ownership mindset.
• Comfortable on camera when required.
