PDR - Partner Development Representative
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: US Shift – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST / 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST
Experience: 3–6 years of experience in the US market

About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Partner Development Representative (PDR) to drive business development and growth through strategic engagement with partners and vendors.
The role will focus on pipeline development, demand generation, partner readiness, and revenue growth through consistent partner engagement, effective follow-ups, and close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, CRM, and other internal teams.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with the US market, preferably within EdTech or SaaS selling and consulting, along with strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic partner business plans to drive partner growth and revenue.
  • Drive demand generation activities through calls, emails, LinkedIn campaigns, and industry-focused outreach in coordination with internal teams.
  • Partner with Sales teams to review partner pipelines, opportunities, and top deals to support consistent revenue growth.
  • Achieve defined meeting input and output goals through effective partner engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Conduct pre-meeting preparation, including LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, calendar invites, account research, and opportunity analysis.
  • Conduct regular partner follow-ups and maintain a consistent engagement cadence.
  • Document meeting discussions, capture action items and deliverables, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain and update accurate partner and client information in the CRM system for effective tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, CRM, and other internal teams to align strategies and achieve partnership objectives.
  • Monitor partner performance, pipeline progress, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and vendors to support long-term business growth.
  • Translate partner data, market trends, and engagement insights into actionable strategies and business initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of experience working with the US market.
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS selling, consulting, partner development, or business development.
  • Graduate degree in any relevant discipline.
  • Strong understanding of business development, sales processes, pipeline management, and partner engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.

  • Ability to translate data, market trends, and partner insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong ability to understand complex business requirements and communicate them effectively.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong follow-up and execution capabilities.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and maintaining accurate pipeline and partner data.
  • Ability to work effectively in a US-shift environment and collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
