Maintenance Head For A Pharma Company

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
• Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as HVAC, purified water systems, compressed air, boilers, and electrical systems.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, regulatory, and safety standards.
• Prepare and manage maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team including engineers, technicians, and support staff.
• Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams for smooth plant operations.
• Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
• Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination for repairs and servicing.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and preventive measures within the plant.
