Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and other content.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Design basic creatives using tools such as Canva.
• Monitor social media trends and implement new ideas to increase engagement.
• Track and report social media performance and growth metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams for content creation and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
