Job Description
- As a Digital Marketing Project Manager at Nethority in Nashik, Maharashtra, you will play a key role in managing the client portfolio to enhance their digital and brand presence. Your responsibilities will include developing digital marketing strategies, executing various campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to the overall business growth through effective client relationships and marketing strategies.
You will be tasked with studying economic indicators, identifying client needs, monitoring competition, and planning SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Your role will also involve designing, building, and maintaining performance marketing, SEO, and social media campaigns for clients to enhance their online presence.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for measuring and reporting the performance of digital marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies based on insights, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance user experience across multiple channels. Your analytical skills will be crucial in evaluating the end-to-end client experience and optimizing user funnels to maximize conversions.
In addition to the technical aspects of digital marketing, you will need to leverage your creativity to identify target audiences, devise engaging campaigns, and motivate customer actions. Your ability to build and maintain client relationships, coach team members, manage processes, and focus on customer satisfaction will be essential for success in this role.
To qualify for this position, you should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field and have proven experience in digital marketing. Proficiency in SEO/SEM, marketing analytics, A/B testing, website analytics tools, and ad serving tools is required. Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development will be advantageous in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.
