Accounts Receivable Coordinator

About The Opportunity
Netrix Global is looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator that requires a high level of organization and multi-tasking. The role is responsible for cash application and client collections for Netrix Products and Services and Delivery of IT solutions through outbound phone calls to corporate A/R departments.
How You Will Make An Impact
The duties of the AR Clerk are, but not limited to the following:

• Cash application
• Work with the sales team, and accounting, resolving inconsistencies as needed
• Maintain the integrity of customer master data in the ERP and CRM systems
• Conduct approximately 25 to 30 outbound collection calls per day
• Enter data into company CRM (Salesforce, Inrtacct, and Kimble – training will be provided)
• Coordinate with Sales and Engineering to resolve billing collection issues
• Create statements for clients in Excel
• Process client requests for credit applications
• Process credit card payments
• Process invoices in client portals
• Miscellaneous job duties as required
  

What You Will Bring To The Table

• 2+ years of related experience including cash applications, accounts receivable, and credit & collections.
• Experience in information technology services is highly desired.
• Proficient in MS office and data entry; working knowledge of ERP software is a plus.
• Comfortable with mathematics and financial data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Great attention to detail
• A passion for process definition, documentation, and improvement is highly desired

• Ability to multi-task
• High math aptitude
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct ERP, Salesforce CRM, and Kimble PSA applications is a plus
