Mobility Manager

You will be responsible for establishing architectural standards, ensuring process excellence, optimizing performance with monitoring tools, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the mobile teams. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally, manage stakeholder communications, and uphold security and compliance standards in mobile data protection.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in architecting and delivering scalable mobile applications using Flutter and native technologies, along with proven leadership experience in building high-performing engineering teams. Your expertise in enterprise mobility, mobile security frameworks, data protection, and regulatory compliance will be essential for aligning engineering goals with business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess analytical thinking, strong decision-making abilities, excellent communication skills, and entrepreneurial mindset. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong influencing skills to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels. You should hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience in the IT/Software/BFSI/Banking/Fintech industry. This position requires a 5-day work arrangement from the office, with possible locations in Bengaluru, Mumbai, or Noida.
